aku sendiri bahan eksperimennye.
aku turn lebih 10kg sjak Sept 2006 dgn amalan ni ;
makan pagi dan tgh ari kene byk.
kene makan nasik sbab sumber tenaga utk hari kite.
tapi malam makan bende kecik, ringan macam roti 2 kping ngan nutella ke.
dok pun biskut cicah air.
aku bet kerat jari aku.
sebab aku berjaye dengan care ni. hahaha
tgk la beza aku dalam pic pakai baju putih(sept 06 sblom fly) ngan pic last, pkai baju merah tu(sept 2007).
haha..adeyh..memang btol..tp aku bukan xske berat aku. aku xske a few spots thats all =p
