accidental thots

this happens in LRT from KLCC to University station.

in the tunnel, it was not very bright. i can see things, and i feel fine and serene in there.
i was not bright. i see things enough for me to know there are some things underground.
it was pretty dark actually, but i was fine with it.
in fact i like it.
but then the train started to approach the light.
it made me nervous, knowing that the light could do something unpleasant to my eyes.
i thought a lot
i thought i was not ready to come up to the brighter side

but i could not avoid the light
the train keeps moving forward without going back to the next station
i had no choice but to get ready
but the light was too bright
too bright it was blinding
i closed my eyes for i couldnt take those lights in my eyes
but soon i get used to it

really, the light enables me to see what is actually happening outside
the light made me realize i couldnt stay too comfortably in the dimly lit places
i see more
i started to be able to see the things i want to see and also things i do not wish to see
i might miss a thing or two
i might even miss what is going on behind my back

but it was better than living in the darkness where i am too comfortable
of seeing things i want to see only
at least i know more

so when the next station come
and it grew a little darker again
stepping out to the light
is not as blinding
as it used to be.

so LRT ride=life.
