i realized that i have not been eating.
this week sahaja, i did not touch nasik at all until this afternoon. baru makan sikit dah perut rase tegang. so when i do eat, bihun tomyam td for instance, i feel extremely kenyang and to one point, rase nak muntah. and no, my belt was not too tight.
and when that happens, i don't feel attractive or delighted. i get that 'i-wish-i-did-not-eat-anything-just-now' kindof feeling.
so i think i might not be eating lagi. haha
but that should not happen, kan? next week dah nak puasa. i should eat as much as i could!
or maybe this is my tummy's preparation for ramadhan?
but there are things i must eat before puasa starts:
- Cheese top Chicken chop from Gasoline
- Cantonese Yee Mee from Gasoline
- Pink Guava Snowy from Gasoline
- New York Cheesecake from Secret Recipe
- Tropicana Ice Cream, mane2 pun boleh dpt, hahaha
