because i decided i have abandoned this blog for too long and people needs update from me about my life ;p
so i moved out of Huia, went to south island, some super funky stuff happened. and got myself a job with good pay but too little time so i need to find another job.
so yeah i moved out of Huia on the 1st, and got myself a parking fine. here's the story.
so we rented a car for moving our stuff right? that night after moving everything, which was the 1st, we went to Fikri's house off Queen St. and i parked the car outside the white box, on the yellow line, resulted in the heartbreaking event of the car being towed away at 1145. we were around 20mins too late to sedar the car was gone and the place i parked was the yellow line. stupidity ensued. got a good 130$ fine. i was gonna take full responsibility for it but Paang and Naem kept insisting that we all rented the car together so i shoudlnt take the blame on my own. but seriously? guys? i was the one who parked wrongly. its really unfair if u guys have to pay it too because memang completely xde kena mengena. so yeah. xpayah la bayar balik. and i felt so bummed out cuz hell, apsal la kadang2 kepala macam xleh pakai. seriously.
and the next day i was supposed to fly to christchurch at 5, but the flight got delayed cuz the weather was so bad in Queenstown they couldnt fly the plane. and it was initially delayed to 7, but in the end it was almost 10 when we flew. imagine how bored i was without my novel, my budget too tight to even spend it on a book and fuh...the whole airport xde USB port langsung for me to charge my MP3 player. thing is it got stuck in the german song folder and i met my german lecturer there. strange strange. maybe its a sign to continue doing German. yes already enrolled innit so yeah. haha.
and driving in south island is fun. i mean some roads are dangerously windy, and we go downhill most of the time. tapi the scenery was just plain gergeous. seriously SI is a lot more prettier than NI. hoho
franz josef was fun but that was the first time i felt so much pain in my toes i actually cried on the way to the bus. not fun.
invercargill was the funkiest, mother of all of the funkytowns. XD
and now i am in my new house. well its closer to uni by a bit. we don't need to walk through the bridge everyday anymore, which i kinda missed. because my head used to go 'yeay! we're already on the bridge' everytime i'm coming home from somewhere so having no such feeling when going back is a bit...distracting.
