i've never exactly been the sweetest student

but i guess karma is looking forward to pay me later in life, or i've been very good since school that God thinks I don't need to be 'paid cash'.

i am talking about my relationship with my students so far.

you see, i was scared stiff before i decided to join the teaching profession because everyone had been telling me since young that what you do to your teacher, your students are going to do it back to you. being Ashikin Yusof I am definitely your average straight A student with the best behaviour a teacher could wish for, especially for my calculus teacher (no, my english teachers).

the only retribution that i have had experienced is some of them dozing off and talking back when i tell them to do something (in which they immediately shut up after i gave them one of my best evil look). i wasn't that easy to handle in school.

and today look what they have got for me

so they gave me 2 shawl, and left a note saying 'We hope you wear this during the farewell party'. sumpah sweet gila. they made my morning and i felt loved :D

i was not expecting gifts, but this is awesome. i mean, you must like a teacher very much to want to give him or her something right? ^^
