bersyukur (being thankful)

so last night i went out to Hulucat for bubble tea. yay bubble tea!!! its been 2 weeks. and it wasnt even the ones with pearls cuz Wellington was too damn cold and i did not intend on freezing myself with anymore iceblocks. but i do not want to talk about bubble teas anymore. despite how yummy they are, especially taro milk tea. whoever thought something of potatoes family could taste that yummy? oh well the wonders of the world. oh yes. this is not what i wanted to say.

so when we were sitting down at this one table. a group of people just left the table after a big birthday celebration. i saw the cake and the people celebrating, they all look pretty happy. well u just lived for another year. i would be happy about that too. especially if u've been living on the edge and had near death moments every other week. the cake was CHOCOLATE people, a big CHOCOLATE cake. from Gataeu Cake House. pricey. they didnt even eat the cake. they only cut the cake into half, and cut them into smaller pieces, divide them into smaller plates and fork it a bit so it looked touched.

hell was i pissed? of course. i know i shouldnt. i wouldnt have cared a year ago. but early this year we had to fork out money to but one piece of cake to celebrate somebody's birthday, beg for 2 candles and we couldnt afford more altough we sure wished that we could do more for that person's birthday. so that's the reason why i am so pissed to see people getting a big cake and not eating them. it is such a waste.

buy what u need people. seriously. stop freaking spending too much on what you dont need. especially food.
